Double Sides Glass Solar Panel Recycling Process
For double sides glass solar panels, our bifacial solar panel recycling process includes an automatic frame removal machine, a pyrolysis system, and a sorting system.
Fully Automatic Frame Removal Machine
Effectively removes the aluminum alloy frame from the solar panel, with a glass residue rate of less than 1%, can be put into aluminum smelting system directly.
Solar Panel Pyrolysis Recycling System
After frame removing, the solar panels are fed into a pyrolysis furnace. At a pyrolysis temperature of 400℃- 550℃, the EVA is decomposed and enters the flue gas treatment system for secondary combustion heat recovery. The exhaust gas meets emission standards(with pyrolysis furnace, the silver loss will be lowest, Because, our pyrolysis furnace with constant temperature control, in this working condition, very less silver will be volitilized).
Glass, silicon wafers, copper strips, and copper wires, after passing through a cooling system, enter the sorting system.
Solar Panel Sorting System
Our company’s independently developed glass, silicon wafer, and copper strip/wire sorting system can effectively separate glass and silicon wafers, achieving a recovery rate and purity of over 99%.
Silver Extraction System (Optional)
Except the recovery of glass, copper, aluminum, and plastic from photovoltaic modules, silver extraction is also a crucial aspect of photovoltaic panel recycling. Our company’s silver extraction system, through processes of leaching, filtration, impurity removal, precipitation, and reduction etc., can extract silver from silicon powder and silicon wafers, achieving a recovery rate of more than 99% and a purity of 99.99%.
