Lead-Acid Battery Crushing Production Line Process Flow
Our production line adopts a fully automated enclosed design and multi-stage crushing and sorting technology, ensuring an efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly production process. The core process flow is as follows:
Feeding and Primary Cutting/Shredding
Whole waste lead-acid batteries are fed into the lead-acid battery cutting machine via an automatic conveyor belt.
Secondary Crushing and Washing
The primarily cut/shredded battery pieces enter the lead-acid battery crusher for fine crushing and washing, thoroughly separating materials such as lead, plastic, and separator paper.
Hydraulic Separation and Sorting
The crushed and washed mixture enters the hydraulic separation system, where lead paste, lead grids, metals, light plastics (PP), heavy plastics (ABS/PVC), and separator paper are completely separated.
Dewatering and Collection
The sorted various materials undergo dewatering and drying treatment respectively, and are then conveyed to their respective collection bins or packaging areas, ready for sale or further refining.
Wastewater Treatment and Recycling
Wastewater from the entire process is treated through neutralization, sedimentation, and filtration before being recycled, achieving zero wastewater discharge. The sodium sulfate produced by neutralization can also be recovered.
