Safe Discharge & Crushing: Batteries are deep-discharged and fed into a nitrogen-protected dual-shaft shredder to prevent thermal runaway.

Pyro-Drying (Optional): A low-temperature (≤550°C) evaporation unit removes residual electrolytes and PVDF binder, exposing the active materials without melting the aluminum.

Gravity & Magnetic Separation: We achieve a Z-type air flow separation and magnetic sorting to isolate steel casings, copper foil, aluminum foil, and finally, the electrode powder.

Step 2: The Hydrometallurgical Core

Selective Acid Leaching: The black mass enters our specially formulated leaching tanks. Dissolve lithium, cobalt, nickel, and manganese while leaving most graphite and trace impurities in the solid residue.

Targeted Impurity Removal: Before recovering valuable metals, iron, aluminum, and copper traces are precipitated through processes and filtered out, ensuring the final product recovery rate 99.5%.
